Fees and Payment

Prices are shown on our website or provided before work begins.

Payment may be required before consultations or report preparation.

Unless otherwise agreed, all prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule an appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.

Where practical, appointments may be transferred to another mutually agreed time.

Refunds

Because written reports and personalised consultations are prepared specifically for each client, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced.

If Anam Cara Numerology is unable to provide the agreed service, an appropriate refund or alternative arrangement will be offered.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal information, including birth details where relevant.

Anam Cara Numerology is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect information supplied by the client.

Intellectual Property

All reports, written material, website content and resources remain the intellectual property of Anam Cara Numerology unless otherwise stated.

Reports are supplied for the personal use of the client and may not be reproduced, published or distributed without written permission.

Confidentiality

All consultations are treated respectfully and confidentially.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
