My journey into the world of soul guidance began long before I knew words like numerology, astrology, or metaphysics.

​

As a child, I was fascinated by the natural world. I spent countless hours exploring creeks, collecting stones, observing birds, and watching the changing rhythms of the seasons. Nature was my first teacher. Long before I understood spiritual concepts, I sensed that everything carried its own energy, story, and purpose.

​

During my late teens, I discovered another teacher—the ocean. The beach became a place of reflection, learning, and renewal. Drawn to the rhythm of the tides, the changing seasons, the phases of the moon, and the constant movement between ebb and flow, I began to recognise the natural patterns and cycles that exist throughout life. Time spent by the sea taught me the importance of balance, patience, and trust in life's changing seasons. It became a place where I could find peace, reconnect with myself, and gain perspective during times of growth and transition. Many of the insights that shape my work today were first observed while walking shorelines, watching the horizon, and learning from nature's quiet wisdom.

With Italian and Welsh ancestry woven into my family line, I grew up surrounded by strong traditions, storytelling, intuition, resilience, and a deep respect for the wisdom passed from one generation to the next. Looking back, I can see that these influences shaped my understanding of connection, family, and the unseen threads that link our lives together.

During my early teenage years, I was introduced to a variety of metaphysical and spiritual teachings. What began as curiosity soon became a lifelong journey of exploration. I found myself drawn to symbolism, personal growth, intuition, astrology, numerology, and the deeper patterns that influence our life experiences.

​

Alongside my spiritual studies, I have spent many years working within business environments. As a business owner on two separate occasions and through experience in corporate and customer-focused roles, I developed a practical understanding of leadership, team dynamics, communication, workplace culture, and the challenges faced by business owners and staff alike. These experiences taught me that every organisation is ultimately built on people, relationships, and the ability to understand individual strengths and motivations.

Over the years, my curiosity evolved into a passion for helping others understand themselves more deeply. I became fascinated by the way numbers, cycles, timing, and life experiences reveal strengths, challenges, opportunities, and soul lessons that may otherwise remain hidden beneath the surface.

Today, my work combines practical insight with spiritual understanding to help people gain clarity, confidence, and a greater sense of purpose. Whether working with individuals, couples, families, or businesses, my focus is always the same: helping people recognise their unique gifts, understand their life path, strengthen relationships, and navigate change with greater awareness.

My approach is grounded, compassionate, and empowering. I believe that self-awareness creates choice, and that when we better understand ourselves, we make better decisions, build stronger relationships, and create lives that feel more aligned with who we truly are.

My path has never been about following a single tradition or philosophy. Instead, it has been a journey of learning from nature, life experience, spiritual teachings, and the many people whose stories have crossed my path. Each has contributed to the understanding I bring to my work today.

At its heart, my work is about connection—connection to self, connection to others, and connection to the deeper wisdom that guides us throughout our lives.

Anam Cara is an ancient Celtic phrase meaning "Soul Friend." It reflects the spirit of everything I do: walking alongside others as they discover the wisdom, potential, and purpose already present within them.
